Cacao and vanilla beans harvested at Farm of Africa, the first Japanese company to produce cacao and vanilla in Uganda, are contained in one piece.
 
The cacao has a bitter taste with a nutty aroma and a fermented flavor. Hokkaido milk powder is used to mellow the cacao while taking advantage of its characteristics, and the addition of youthful, aromatic natural vanilla beans adds a gorgeous finishing touch.
