The process from fermentation to drying is carried out by Farm of Africa, an agricultural development company founded by a Japanese woman. Made from 72% cacao beans alone, it has a creamy mouthfeel with a heavy nuttiness and tannic astringency. The aftertaste is fragrant with pineapple-like fruit sweetness.
